I went to the mall yesterday to pick up the boyfriend’s birthday gift (his birthday is tomorrow) and naturally, I just have to stop by my one of my favoritest boutiques, Kultura, to check out their awesome accessories collection. I wasn’t planning on buying anything as I already burned heinous amount of cash that day but I couldn’t resist! I got me this fabulous coral necklace for only PhP 999:

And this choker for PhP465! Cheap no? Actually, andami kong gustong bilhin nun, I wanna empty the damn place! But of course, I can’t. I was on the verge of buying this cute rose quartz/crystal encrusted bracelet with matching cocktail ring but I decided to let it go.

I do believe that when it comes to everyday wear, accessories make all the difference. Chunky bracelets, statement necklaces and chokers, can make any boring outfit pop! Why, getting fabulous burloloys is like having an entirely new wardrobe! Speaking of burloloys, I found my old accessory making tool kit. It’s been gathering dust in my old room. The itch to create handcrafted accessories will not be ignored!

Fact: I used to make and sell accessories as a hobby. But several years ago, I just stopped doing it altogether. Here’s some of the unfinished stuff I did. Would’ve made great earrings!

The pearls/Swarovski crystals combo below is one pair I managed to finish the other day. I was reacquainting myself with the entire process and it’s all coming back to me now. Not bad for my first attempt, no? Once I made my way to Divi weeks from now, I will give away several pieces to a few of my friends and my boyfriend’s friends as well 🙂 Hope they likey!
